The first thing that brides should know is there is no substitute for quality. Never go for quantity. It is much better to have a fantastic 6 or 7 piece band than have a poorly rehearsed, put together orchestra of 12 or 18 pieces for the visual impact especially one that reads charts.
“The Music makes or breaks the function.” That statement is often bandied about, but that is only part of the total equation. There is no substituting for experience when hiring a band, because when little things go wrong (yes - they sometimes do) an experienced band has the wealth of knowledge, to handle any little mishaps seamlessly.
