The History Of Homeschooling
July 9th, 2007It is not easy to say exactly when homeschooling began but many people quote the example of Alexander the Great being taught ‘at home’ by Aristotle as its birth. However, homeschooling as we understand it today really began in the second half of the twentieth century.
Modern homeschooling is the result of the ideas of a number people who started to question the public school system in the 1960s and in our newest article we examine the role played by three of these people.
