Secrets book – life without fear

Saturday, January 2nd, 2010

The secrets book, mind, healing, spirituality and the law of attraction can all help you if you understand them.

The secrets book is about nothing but the law of attraction and how to use your mind to make it work. The law of attraction is quite simple. Like attracts like. No big secrets there, were there? Not likely that there have been any secrets about the laws of attractions since “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek; and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you. (Matthew 7:7)

Only one catch, if not used correctly, most people don’t use the law of attraction correctly, it can keep your from everything you want. Yes, that’s in the secrets book too. If you haven’t seen it you really need to see “The Secret” as it’s about the law of attraction.

One of the secrets is you must always state what you want in a positive manner. Never use the negative or say what you don’t want. In my 60 plus years of life, if I’ve learned on thing, it’s that it’s always better to be positive than negative. Take that to the bank, positive is always better.

Imagine living a life without fear of anything at all. Living without a fear of heights, which I seem to have acquired lately, or even a fear of spiders. My Doctor said my new fear of heights may be because I’m getting older and it’s my brain telling me to stay away from places where I could lose my balance and fall. I don’t like spiders to much but I’ve never had a fear of spiders but I know many people do have. Imagine if your safety and security worries were totally gone. Imagine being fear free for the rest of your life.

Fear can be a powerful influence in your life, often determining the actions you take or don’t take in many situations. At various times fear has probably stopped you from pursuing goals, making new friends, starting or keeping a romantic relationship, applying for a better job, starting your own business, or life changes that you would consider to be positive.

It hurts, it’s confusing, and it’s just plain painful. There are good ways and bad ways of dealing with being dumped. Which way you choose will play a big part in determining how quickly you’ll move on, and how much of your dignity will still be intact when you do.

The first thing you need to do is sever all ties with your ex. That means no email, phone calls, texts, and for heavens sake…no drunken dialing. And, the no communication rule has to be held to both ways. Even if your ex is trying to contact you by any of the ways mentioned above, do not talk to them.

End Of Relationship Breakup Signals…What You Need To Watch For

Thursday, October 29th, 2009

As the old songs says: “breaking up is hard to do”. But did you know that there are end of relationship breakup signals? If you knew what these signals were ahead of time you might be able to make the changes needed to convince your lover to take a second “look before leaping”.

Here are four of the most common signs that your relationship could be in trouble:

1. Lack of communication. If your partner used to be a ‘chatty Cathy’ but now it seems like the cat has her tongue, this could be cause for concern. All good relationships require honest and open communication. If someone has stopped talking, it could be a sign that they are either just sick of trying and feel like they’re never really heard anyway, or that their mind is occupied elsewhere (with someone else, for example). Either way, it can be a signal that something is wrong in your relationship.

Reduce Stress with Meditation

Tuesday, December 18th, 2007

Experiences during meditation probably vary significantly from one individual to another, or at least if different techniques are involved. Relaxation, increased awareness, mental focus and clarity, and a sense of peace are the most common by-products of meditation.

Indeed I don’t want that kind. One breakdown was uneasy enough for me. I tried Reduce Stress meditation CDs. Primarily, I don’t even get myself to acquire it sincerely. I put on stress reduction CDs, heard the relaxing tone and the chimes, and split into laughter. Behind that, I realized that I was just wasting my time. And come into my mind if I had to acquire the stress reduction meditation sincerely or I should give it up altogether. And I preferred to give it up.

Relaxation Techniques

Friday, September 7th, 2007

When you’re feeling upset, for whatever reason, your body takes the “fight or flight” stance, causing a rush of adrenalin that induces an increased heart rate and shallow breathing. Correct breathing is a key to successful relaxation  techniques.

Performing breathing can be therapeutic, and with enough practice, can become your standard way of breathing. To breathe with the diaphragm, one must draw air into the lungs in a way which will expand the stomach and not the chest. It is best to perform these breaths as long, slow intakes of air – allowing the body to absorb all of the inhaled oxygen while simultaneously relaxing the breather. To do this comfortably, it is often best to loosen tight-fitting pants, belts, skirts as these can interfere with the body’s ability to intake air. The old-fashioned remedy of breathing slowly into a paper bag works amazingly well to relax you and restore proper breathing. Another version of this relaxation technique involves taking slow deep breaths. At first you may find you need to force yourself to breathe slowly, but persist and you’ll soon be back to normal.

This is healthy and will reduce your feelings of anger. The idea of using hypnosis or meditation to control anger has grown in popularity recently. No one took the idea seriously at all. Do You Need Relationship Help If You Are Passionately In Love?

Thursday, May 10th, 2007

We were so passionately in love that it would often cause us to fight. Whenever one of us had to go away on a business trip, the other would become jealous and unhappy. In short, we were having some serious problems and needed expert advice on relationships. The problem is that no one seemed to offer the relationship help that we needed. We tried everything. We started off with some relationship advice columns, but quickly turned away. Looking at them, the relationship help that they gave was either hit or miss. It was not very consistent, and sometimes it seemed like they arbitrarily selected the words that they said. After that, we tried relationship coaching but it didn’t work.

The Power Of Positive Thinking

Friday, April 13th, 2007

Though I can not vouch for everyone, I can say that the power of positive thinking is something that I try to use in my life. I had no idea there were books and specials on television about it. It was just something I decided to do about ten years ago. I was depressed, and felt like I was stuck in a horrible place in life. I felt like I could not escape. I was sitting in my doctor’s office crying my eyes out, and my doctor calmly told me that there is always a way out, but I would have to believe it. This was the first I had heard about the power of positive thinking, and I wish it was something I had known long ago.
